FMCG Multinational Company

 

DUTIES:  

To ensure management of assigned key clients, guaranteeing that turnover, price and promotional budget objectives are achieved.

To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that the sales plans regarding assigned clients are implemented, applying the agreed sales strategies

  • Negotiate with the "pure players" of the E-commerce channel and with the E-retailers GDO Commercial 

  • Analyze the competition and the right channels to convey commercial information, to ensure the Company web visibility

  • Work in synergy with the company's Digital Team to improve sales performance to ensure the right level of ROI

  • Use Analytics tools to monitor the progress of marketing plan

  • Defines and agrees the promotional plans with the clients and ensures their implementation

  • Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions 

  • Proposes product/client sales budget

  • Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives 

  • Collaborates in managing quarterly sales forecast

  • Promotes Company Principles and Values

 

EDUCATION:  Master's Degree in Economics with Marketing focus

 

EXPERIENCES: 

  • Backgroud in similar job (CPG companies)

  • Ability to negotiate with the "pure players" of the E-commerce channel and with the E-retailers GDO Commercial

  • Sales experience in FMCG 

  • Digital skills for the sales channels' management

  • Ability to use Analytics tools 

  • English fluent

  • Italian native
