To ensure management of pure E-commerce key clients (Amazon) of the European Market for Private Label and AFH - Away From Home, guaranteeing that turnover, price and promotional budget objectives are achieved for all line of business.

To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.



  • Ensures that the sales plans regarding assigned e commerce clients (Amazon) are implemented, applying the agreed sales strategies.

  • Defines and agrees the promotional plans with the clients and ensures their implementation.

  • Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions.

  • Leading negotiation with the customer involving all functions when necessary.

  • Monitor product-ordering process to ensure stock availability, take measures in case of risk of OOS.

  • Collaborates in managing quarterly sales forecast.

  • Promotes Company Principles and Values.



EDUCATION:  Graduate in Business, Economics or Engineering 




  • E-Commerce Category/vendor manager positions for FMCG for minimum 4-5 years.

  • Familiar with Amazon Vendor central process or similar.

  • Digital skills for the sales channels' management

  • Italian mother tongue 

  • Proficient in English 

  • Preferable knowlegde also of French and/or German


LOCATION: LUCCA area (no smart working)
