
E-COMMERCE KAM - PRIVATE AFH Ref.: EKAFH/ST

FMCG Multinational Company
DUTIES:
To ensure management of pure E-commerce key clients (Amazon) of the European Market for Private Label and AFH - Away From Home, guaranteeing that turnover, price and promotional budget objectives are achieved for all line of business.
To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures that the sales plans regarding assigned e commerce clients (Amazon) are implemented, applying the agreed sales strategies.

Defines and agrees the promotional plans with the clients and ensures their implementation.

Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions.

Leading negotiation with the customer involving all functions when necessary.

Monitor product-ordering process to ensure stock availability, take measures in case of risk of OOS.

Collaborates in managing quarterly sales forecast.

Promotes Company Principles and Values.
EDUCATION: Graduate in Business, Economics or Engineering
EXPERIENCES:

E-Commerce Category/vendor manager positions for FMCG for minimum 4-5 years.

Familiar with Amazon Vendor central process or similar.

Digital skills for the sales channels' management

Italian mother tongue
-
Proficient in English
-
Preferable knowlegde also of French and/or German
