ROLE
To guarantee the management of all activities related to the accounting, tax, planning and control for the company in the reference Region, (France, Spain,Belgium) in accordance with the Group policies, procedures, aims and provisions, so as to safeguard corporate assets and continuity.
To keep the business compliant (France) with local tax regulation and to manage all activities related to the reference company’s administration in line with the provisions in force, the Group’s policies and the defined aims.
Main responsibilities:
Support the Line manager in the achievement of assigned goals, ensuring a permanent monitoring and the economic, property and financial reporting on corporate processes

Control the administrative/statutory/fiscal policies in compliance with the laws in force

Arrange and guarantee the economic, property and financial reporting before the deadlines agreed upon

Maintain relationships with internal and external control entities

Ensure the correct execution of extraordinary corporate operations

Ensure the planning and control of the administrative /statutory/fiscal policies in compliance with the local laws.

Ensure the checking and compliance of policies and provisions of Transfer Pricing

Control the compliance with bank covenants

Guarantee the correct drafting of the statutory financial statement

Arrange the reporting supplied to internal and external stakeholders

Implement measure for dealing with various areas related to taxes

Investigate new tax laws and developments and identify issue that may arise

Manage and coordinate tax and fiscal audits
-
Provide innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax return.

Manage the company subsidiaries and tax relief process
-
Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorisation and motivation

Promote a safety-bound corporate culture

Promote the Corporate Principles and Values
PROFILE
-
Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting,
-
Important experience in finance or accounting position or CPA.
-
Fluency in French and English.
-
Italian, Spanish and/or Flemish knowledge is a plus.
