ROLE

To manage and continuously improve the marketing funnel digital transformation in line with Group Strategies.

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Develop & Execute digital acceleration accordingly with Company roadmap

  • Provides guidelines and best practices 

  • Translates the Group digital marketing efforts into cohesive strategy

  • Guarantees the development of successful creative campaigns and effective digital communication plans

  • Develops creative Ideas to boost web traffic

  • Guarantees the analysis of SEO and digital marketing matrics

  • Advise internal teams how to use digital technologies and recommend new optimisation technologies to enhance customer experience

  • Manages the integration, professional growth, development and motivation of collaborators

  • Promotes a safety-focused corporate culture

  • Promote Company Principles and Values

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree  in Economy/science

  • 10 years' experience min  in digital area

  • Backgroud in similar job (CPG companies)

  • Very strong in digital marketing 

  •  Fluent IN ENGLISH

  • ITALIAN NATIVE

  • International experience

  • E-commerce preferred

  • Background in consultancy or digital marketing company preferred

  • Lead digital transformation projects preferred
