HR BUSINESS PARTNER - area RETAIL Ref.: HRBP/ST

The candidate, in order to understand the Retail business strategies, analyzes business needs and makes recommendations & decisions with the HR Director.
The candidate provides practical, consistent and proactive operational support, direction and advice to other division managers on HR procedures such as recruitment process, employment rewards, yearly Performance Management process and all the daily inStore activities to elevate store and individual performance.
Manage the recruitment process from the CV screening to the preparation of the employment contracts.
Set high standard principles and providing solution.
Make sure that all personnel information (hirings, termination, change of employment contracts, etc) are correctly uploaded in the HR management system
Manage the Budget and the forecast by making sure that the personnel costs are kept under control as per Corporate guidelines
Follow up and implement the HR Corporate Guidelines in terms of annual performance review and people development process
Propose salary levels for existing and new staff in line with the budget available and the local benchmarking
Ensure the maintenance of all payroll data by HR Administrators
Provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues
Degree in Economics/Legal
Minimum 4 years experience in Retail industry same role
Appreciation and understanding of Luxury Retail and Service - People and Culture
Proficiency IT skills in MS Office (Excel is a must) and HR Managment system
Fluent in English and Italian.
