Important American branch in the FMCG small household appliance sector 

ROLE

Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

 

Promote the performance of the customer service team

Manage and control the Customer Order process up to invoicing, guiding the resolution of any issues.

Owner of local forecasting activities - Interact with the international team of supply / demand planners

Manage local third-party suppliers to ensure adequate service levels and competitive costs

Provide analysis (operational and economic KPIs) forecast ,audit and reporting support to identify recommend and implement cost saving improvements for existing operations.

Manage inventory levels and ensure alignment of local inventory with parent company.

Material and warehouse management

Coordinate 2/3 people

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in Economics / Management Engineering

Fluent in English

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite in particular excel

3-5 years of SAP experience

Previous experience minimus 3+ years

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive adaptable and committed

Reliability ,organization and  teamworking

Ability to work under pressure

Problem solving attitude
