ROLE

 

we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be working on talent acquisition practices and employer branding.

Due to the fast international growth of the company, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to work on both local and international recruitment processes, thereby gaining complete exposure to the main stakeholders of the Group across the HQ, the Production Sites and International Subsidiaries.

 

Responsibilities

• Recruitment management at a global level

• Supporting with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

• Helping maintaining and fostering our university and academic networking or partnerships

• Supporting other activities of the HR area

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Master in HR

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in multinational company or Recruitment firm

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)

• Ability to guide decision-making processes

• Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders of different seniorities and cultures to achieve shared objectives

• Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit

• Problem solving
