Our research process begins with a meeting with the client during which position,
job description and main responsibilities are defined.
By defining the key criteria for the selection, we start the search using both our
database (100.000 Italian candidates) and head hunting approach in order to
identify the best qualified candidate for the position.
Once we've established that the candidate is aligned to the profile and interested
in this job opportunity, we organize an evaluation interview.
After studying the applications that are in line with what was agreed, the most
suitable and interesting candidates are presented to the client through the
preparation of a detailed profile and scheduling a meeting directly at the company.
When the client has chosen the final candidate the candidate's references are
verified in order to measure and assess further skills, strengths and weaknesses
through a third person.
If the verification is successful, the client prepares the commitment Letter.
